Terms of Service

1. The Service

oplixCRM is a software platform that connects to the official WhatsApp Cloud API so businesses can manage conversations, campaigns, templates and automations on their own WhatsApp Business numbers. We are not affiliated with Meta; "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for actions of team members you invite.
One workspace per subscription unless your plan states otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy: obtain opt-in before messaging, honour opt-outs, and never send unsolicited bulk messages.
Prohibited: spam, illegal content, harassment, malware, phishing, impersonation, or any use violating Meta's terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that endanger number quality ratings, violate policy or create legal risk.

4. Plans, wallet & billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing period chosen at checkout.
Meta conversation charges are passed through at actual cost and funded via your prepaid wallet; wallet deposits are consumed by usage and are non-refundable once spent.
Plan limits (contacts, campaigns, numbers, etc.) are enforced automatically; upgrades apply instantly.
Failed payments may result in suspension after notice.

5. Third-party dependencies

The Service depends on Meta's Cloud API availability, policies and pricing, and on payment gateways. Outages, template rejections or policy changes on their side are outside our control, though we will assist you in resolving them.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of contacts and message content you process through the Service. You grant us the limited right to store and transmit that data solely to operate the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Delivery of WhatsApp messages ultimately depends on Meta and recipient devices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or messages not delivered by third parties.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend/terminate for breach of these Terms or non-payment, with notice where practicable. Upon closure you can export data from the dashboard before deletion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at the location of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms with notice through the dashboard or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
